Bestselling author and Seamus Heaney Centre Fellow Marian Keyes discusses her latest novel Grown Ups (Penguin, 2020), with the Seamus Heaney Centre’s Ciaran Carson Fellow, Louise Kennedy.
Marian Keyes is the author of fourteen novels including Watermelon, Rachel's Holiday, Sushi for Beginners, This Charming Man, and The Break. With a chatty conversational style and whimsical Irish humour, she tackles themes including alcoholism, depression, bereavement, and domestic violence. Marian’s novels have sold over 40 million copies worldwide and been translated into 36 languages.
